Repair of Air Springs

Our range of services includes a choice for the needs and capabilities of each client. Starting with the PREMIUM segment – the premium quality components, STANDARD segment and ending with the budget ECONOMY segment.

Air Spring Repair Process:

  • Inspection of the old Air Spring, detecting issues
  • Disassembly of the Air Spring: removing old metal rings and rubber sleeve
  • Cleaning parts in a sandblasting cabinet
  • Priming and painting components
  • Crimping the new rubber sleeve with new metal rings
  • Assembly of the Air Spring
  • Changing dust cover, air valve, metal shield - depends on the chosen service segment
  • Checking the quality of the Air Spring on a customized stand, simulating a car at a pressure of 7-12 bars
